Lord’s Day Message: The Gospel
For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. (Col. 2:9, NKJ)
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. … And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:1, 14)
Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. (John 12:24)
And so it is written, “THE FIRST MAN ADAM BECAME A LIVING BEING.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. (1 Cor. 15:45)

Announcements:
- We welcome all the new ones who are joining us today and hope that you can leave your information for us to contact you in the future.
- After the Gospel Meeting Brother Gun Lee and Sister GunDi Ma will be baptized. May all brothers and sisters come to support them with prayer and blessings.
- Yesterday we had 12 brothers and sisters join Brother Richard Yeh to preach the gospel in Chatswood. We thank the Lord for His presence and His empowering.
Today in the afternoon at 1:30 and tomorrow (8/6) at 10 am, Brother Richard Yeh will supply us with another two meetings on “How to enjoy the Christians Meetings.” He will share with on “singing hymns joyfully,” and “Saying Amen to enjoy the word of the Lord in spirit.” We encourage all the brothers and sisters to join.
- The church plans to have a whale watching activity on June 30 (Tuesday, the school break). If you are interested in participating, please go online (www.ozwhalewatching.com.au) to purchase the ticket. The trip is about 4 hours and the boarding is at King Wharf 8. When you purchase the ticket, you need to enter the voucher code “midweekwhales” for a half price discount, which is $47 per person. If you have any question, please contact Sister Lamee or Susan.
- On August 3-7 and 10-14 there will be an English speaking and a Chinese speaking one week training in Cleveland Ohio, US. If any brother or sister is willing to go, please contact Brother Yulin Wang.

- When you prepare the love feast for Lord’s Day lunch, please do not prepare any food containing nuts that someone may have food allergy. After the love feast, please remember to bring back your plates.
Intercession:
- Pray that the Lord will keep us fervent in spirit to preach the gospel and to serve in the church together so that the Lord may give us more and greater blessings.
- Pray for those who are newly baptized. May the Lord lead them to grow and be built in the church life so they may become a blessing and testimony for the church.
- Pray that the Lord can continue to bless His gospel work to show His great love and power so that the gospel friends among us, especially among the young people and our family members, can receive salvation and become a member in God’s family.
- Sister Pauline’s father has passed away. May the Lord comfort our sister. Pray for the brothers and sisters who are weak in body or spirit. May the Lord care for them and give them grace. Also pray for some relatives of our brothers and sisters (Jack, Susan, Brett) that the Lord may heal and care for them.
