Lord’s Day Message:
Our speaking – Building up or tearing down
Important verses
33 “Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad, for the tree is known by its fruit. 34 You brood of vipers! How can you speak good, when you are evil? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.35 The good person out of his good treasure brings forth good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure brings forth evil. (Mat. 12:33-35, ESV)
4 A gentle tongue is a tree of life, but perverseness in it breaks the spirit. (Prov. 15:4)
29 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. (Eph. 4:29)
6 Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person. (Eph. 4:6)
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. (Col. 3:16)

Announcements:
- We welcome all the new ones who are joining us today and hope that you can leave your information for us to contact you in the future.
- Praise the Lord that we had a good gospel meeting last week as well as a rich love feast of dumplings. We appreciate the labour of many brothers and sisters. May the Lord remember what you have given and bless every gospel friends who came before Him.
- On April 3-6 the church will have a young people conference at Collaroy. Brother Mike Samulak will visit us again during this time. For reserving the number of rooms, please register under the permission of a parent with Brother Thomas as soon as possible (including invited friends).
The expense for each person is 263 dollars for the camp site and will be covered by the church. However, if you have the desire before the Lord, you may offer according to your own will. Since the church needs to pay after registration with the comp, we hope everyone will not take the registration lightly just because it is free.
- Today after the meeting we will have a fellowship regarding the service of Maintaining and Repairing. All participating brothers and sisters please join the fellowship to learn the service.
- The church plans to have a baptism on the first week of April. If any gospel friend is willing to receive the Lord and be baptized, please contact Brother Yu-Lin Wang that the lesson for baptism can be arranged.
<Reminder>
- Please take the Bible Reading Supplement for your daily Bible reading.
- Please come on time for the meeting. During the meeting, please turn off your mobile phone or put the volume on silence.
- When you prepare the love feast for Lord’s Day lunch, please do not prepare any food containing nuts that someone may have food allergy. After the love feast, please remember to bring back your plates.
Intercession:
- May the Lord keep us fervent in spirit to serve in the church together so that the Lord may give us more and greater blessings.
- Pray for the gospel friends among us, especially the young people and our family members, so that our Lord can open their hearts to see God’s salvation and be willing to receive the Lord and become the member in God’s family.
- Pray for the brothers and sisters who are weak in body or spirit. May the Lord care for them and give them grace. Also pray for some relatives of our brothers and sisters (Jack, Pauline, Susan) that the Lord may heal and care for them.
- The due date is near for Sister Lena, may the Lord bless her childbearing.
- Pray for those Christians who are under persecution. May the Lord remember them and strengthen them.
